  Very poor service all in all. Purchased kitchen tiles and found broken tiles within pack. On returning them wife had to struggle getting new box as checkout staff refused to get anyone to help. Staff then proceeded to take out 4 tiles from a new pack as we had already used them. Given what we have spent in the past 8 months with B&Q which can be checked on the loyalty card surely a straight swap with .....sorry for the inconvenience caused May have been the way forward. Your standards are slipping both in store and online.
